Turn 1

On turn 1 the Allies came out in a version of the Barents on 1. The Axis challenged the Barents Sea after the Repulse failed its speed roll. The Ark Royal's airmen responded to the challenge and disabled the Gneisenau and the Scharnhorst and inflicting 2 damage points on the Graf Spee. This led to the Allies holding the Barents, while sinking 4 German ships and only losing the Hood and the Cumberland.

The Axis control the Med, while the Allies control the Barents, North and North Atlantic to gain 1 POC for the turn, making the overall tally +1 POC Allies.

Turn 2

Turn 2 was highly uneventful. The Allied blockade of Germany went unchallenged and the only action of the turn was the Luftwaffe sinking the Ark Royal.

The Axis control the Med and the Baltic, while the Allies control the Barents Sea, North Sea and South Atlantic. The POC is even for the turn, leaving the overall tally at +1 POC Allies.

Turn 3

Turn 3 was again somewhat uneventful. The Allied blockade of Germany again went unchallenged. Both Russians come out in the Baltic Sea with hopes of eliminating one more German ship, but failed to inflict any damage on the Germans. One Russian was sunk and the other disabled with full damage. The Luftwaffe missed in the Barents, while the Allied LBA missed two German cruisers in Germany. 2 U-boats got through the ASW screen in the North Atlantic and inflicted 2 damage points on Convoy 1A.

The Axis control the Med and the Baltic, while the Allies control the Barents Sea, North Sea and South Atlantic. The POC is even for the turn, leaving the overall tally at +1 POC Allies.

Turn 4

Turn 4 was still somewhat uneventful. The Allied blockade of Germany again went unchallenged. The Luftwaffe missed Convoy 1A in the Barents, while the Allied LBA sank the Gorizia in the Med. 5 U-boats got through the ASW screen in the North Atlantic and disabled Convoy 2B.

The Axis control the Med and the Baltic, while the Allies control the Barents Sea, North Sea and South Atlantic while getting the damaged Convoy 1A to Russia. The Allies gain 3 POC for the turn, leaving the overall tally at +4 POC Allies.

Turn 5

Turn 5 saw the Allied blockade of Germany broken as 1 out of 7 subs survived the 13 ASW in the Barents Sea. This was the only action of the turn, as the subs and both LBA missed in their shots.

The Axis control the Med and the Baltic, while the Allies control the North Sea, North Atlantic and South Atlantic. The POC is even for the turn, leaving the overall tally at +4 POC Allies.

Turn 6

Turn 6 saw the action pick up. First, Bruce's Allied fleet of 4 battleships and a cruiser turned back a challenge from 3 Italian cruisers and 5 U-boats. Then, the Germans charged into the Barents Sea where they were defeated, allowing a convoy to put in to Russia and the Allies to reach an insurmountable lead. Sean's Axis conceded at that point.

The Axis control the Med, while the Allies control the North Sea, Barents Sea and North Atlantic; also collecting 3 POC for the convoy to Russia. The Allies gain 4 POC for the turn, leaving the overall tally at +8 POC Allies as the Axis concede.
